Two New Basements in West Bank
London
Two existing properties that required new basements and metal-frame structures, including new foundations and 5m-deep concrete pads (from ground-floor level). The properties were demolished approx. 80% (only the front and side walls were kept); therefore, temporary works have been implemented throughout the construction phase of the basements. This projects consited in building 11 new flats (2-3 bedrooms). After the completion of the basements, I acted as a contracts manager and business adviser on behalf of the main contractor.
